AUCTION PROCEDURES

We aim to give you the best experience in our live auction events. That is why we continue to optimize our processes and simplify our bidding procedures in order to serve you better. Read below to learn more.

STEP 1 : SIGN-UP

Take advantage of the new UAI BIDDER’S PORTAL. Sign-up for an account in order to join the auction, inspect the items online, view your purchase history and a lot more.

A UAI BIDDER’S PORTAL account is REQUIRED to join the auction. Just click the button below to create your account and follow the instructions in the confirmation e-mail to verify your account.

STEP 2 : INSPECT

Before bidding, you can inspect the items via:

Option 1: your UAI BIDDER’S PORTAL account, where you can view the pictures, videos and details of the items.

Option 2: On-site Inspection, where our competent personnel will be present to assist as you compare and test the items in person.

It is strongly recommended to inspect the items on-site during our scheduled inspection days.

STEP 3 : REGISTER

In order to bid, you must register to join the live event. Once registration is successful, you will receive a LISTING CATALOG (BID BOOK) and a BIDDER NUMBER.

Log-in to your UAI BIDDER’S PORTAL account, go to the LIVE AUCTIONS page and click the REGISTER button. You need to provide a deposit of P250,000 (refundable / deductible) via online payment to complete your registration.

Upon successful registration, we will send you a printable BIDDER NUMBER to your registered e-mail address. Print and use this to place your bids during the live auction event (ONLINE or ON-SITE). You may also get a physical copy of your LISTING CATALOGUE (BID BOOK), just proceed to the registration counter on-site.

STEP 5 : PAYMENT & CHECKOUT

Settle your account’s purchases and take home your winnings during the removal period.

All final payments must be made in Cash or Cashier’s/Manager’s Cheque or Bank Demand Draft payable to: UNITED AUCTIONEERS INC.
 
All Cheque payments will be SUBJECT TO CLEARING prior to the withdrawal of any lot/s.

PAYMENT & PULL-OUT DATES

(EXCEPT SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS)

IMPORTANT PULL-OUT REMINDERS

  • All items must be fully paid before leaving the auction site. The Buyer will not be entitled to possession of any of his purchases until the total amount of all his/her purchases – including interest and storage fees have been fully paid.
  • All items must be removed on or before the LAST DAY OF REMOVAL, otherwise, a storage fee will be charged for each remaining lot at a cost of P500 PER DAY.
  • It is the Buyer’s responsibility to clear his purchases from the auction site. Load out and handling will be at the buyer’s cost, risk and responsibility. We recommend that Buyers coordinate with the auction office regarding procedures of clearing/removing your purchases.
  • Buyers that choose to send a representative to pull-out purchased items, must do the following: 
    • Fill-up & sign the “AUTHORIZATION TO PULL-OUT FORM” (found at the centerfold of the Bid Book)
    • This original copy of the Authorization to Pull-out Form must be brought by the representative to UAI’s office together with Buyer’s original I.D. on the day of the pull-out. 
    • All Buyers must sign/submit “DEED/S OF SALE” prior to the release of the units.
    • UAI reserves the right to refuse releasing of item/s via representative if this procedure is not followed.
  • PARTIAL PULL-OUT ON PARTIAL PAYMENT IS NOT ALLOWED.
  • NO SIGNED DEED OF SALE, NO PULL-OUT.

TERMS OF SALE

  • This is an Unreserved Public Auction. All items will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price.
  • The sale will be conducted in terms of Philippine Peso.
  • No “BUYER’S COMMISSION” shall apply.
  • All items are Philippine taxes and duties paid.
  • Please inspect the items before bidding during inspection days. Every item will be sold on an “As-is, Where-is” and with or without faults. No warranty or guanrantee for any patent and latent defects, is expressed or implied and each item is the sole responsibility of the winning bidder from the moment the Auctioneer declares the item sold. Once a lot has been won, cancelling or claiming will never be permitted.
  • For any lot sold as determined by the Auctioneers, the minimum deposit of P250,000 shall be deducted from the total purchase price with the remaining balance to be paid by the buyer during the payment period.
  • The buyer must add the corresponding Vehicle Registration and Transfer Fees to the total purchase price. UAI will facilitate the transfer of ownership. However, UAI shall not be held responsible for any reasonable delays arising from the LTO’s transfer of ownership or issuance of vehicle plate numbers.
  • Interest on overdue amounts will be paid by the buyer at twenty four percent (24%) per annum.
  • Insurance and removal are for the buyer’s responsibility.
  • No purchased item may be removed until paid in full including the interest and storage fees incurred.
